FAIR SQUARED Period Cup Size M

The FAIR SQUARED Period Cup in PINK is a soft menstrual cup made from fairly traded natural rubber. It does not absorb the blood but collects it, and is available in four sizes for light to heavy days (see capacity details below). The Period Cup is reusable, can be rinsed with water between uses and should be boiled for 3–5 minutes before and after each cycle. It is made from natural rubber, a renewable raw material. Made from fairly traded and FSC-certified natural rubber from Sri Lanka.
Size S holds 8 ml, is 6.1 cm high and has a diameter of 3.8 cm. Recommendation: Suitable for people who have very light bleeding.
Size M holds 13 ml, is 6.65 cm high and has a diameter of 4.1 cm. Recommendation: Suitable for people who have not given birth and are under 30 years old.
Size L holds 16 ml, is 6.95 cm high and has a diameter of 4.4 cm. Recommendation: Suitable for people who have given birth or are over 30 years old.
Size XL holds 20 ml, is 7.2 cm high and has a diameter of 4.7 cm. Recommendation: Suitable for people who have medium to very heavy bleeding.

Directions

Fold the menstrual cup according to the instructions for use (comprehensive information on the product in various languages can be found here: https://www.fairsquared.com/en/periodcupguide/), insert it, and after use carefully remove, empty, and clean it with water. Allow it to dry completely before reuse.
