Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear declaration, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Withdrawal-Form .If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the costs of the direct return shipment of the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that is not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist pursuant to Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), among other cases, or expires in the case of

contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g., natural cosmetics, condoms, or lubricants) if their seal has been broken after delivery;
contracts for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods;
