Reusable cycle for cosmetic packaging

In constant use: the FAIR SQUARED reusable system with refillable jars and other containers. Wondering how you, as a consumer, can actively take part? It’s simple: send us back your purchased FAIR SQUARED bottles and jars and help close the loop. It’s an easy way to reduce waste in your bathroom.

FAIR SQUARED Reusable Cycle: that's how it works!

To ensure everything works as we’ve planned, the glass containers naturally need to be returned to us. But how exactly does that work? We’re happy to explain it to you using the diagram:

1. Jars, pots and future reusable containers arrive at your door with their first filling, either through a purchase from a retailer or via the online shop.
   
   
2. The products are used up gradually.
   
   
3. Once the contents have been used up, FAIR2.ME takes them back. You can either return the empty containers directly to the retailer or collect them privately and send them back to us at fair2.me once you have 10 or more (regardless of whether they are glass jars, glass bottles or metal tins). Please just give them a quick rinse before posting.
   
   
4. As a thank you, we’ll give you a €10 voucher for your next purchase at fair2.me. Please include your details (name, email address) in the parcel. 
   
   
5. We’ll then send you the voucher by email.
   
   
6. Empty containers are cleaned. The result: hygienically spotless and ready to be refilled.
   
   
7. FAIR SQUARED containers are being sent back to the packaging department. The whole point of the reusable system is to give every FAIR SQUARED container a new lease of life. This means that containers in perfect condition can be refilled and put back on sale.

You'd like to send us your empty glasses? Please pack at least 10 of them in a box and add a note with your mail address to the parcel so that we can send you the voucher. Use the following address for your parcel:
