FAIR MOVE Fitness Bar

The FAIR MOVE Fitness Bar is a flexible training bar made from fairly traded natural rubber. Its ridged surface provides a secure grip for bending and twisting exercises targeting the elbows, wrists, forearms and hands. It can also be used for stretching and plantar fascia massage. Dimensions: 31 cm long, approx. 4.5 cm diameter.

Directions

Hold the Fitness Bar with both hands and bend or twist it according to the exercise. Choose a suitable resistance for your training level. For stretching or plantar fascia massage, the bar can also be used under the foot.
