FAIR SQUARED Day Cream

The FAIR MOVE Fitness Bar is specially designed to provide targeted support for muscle training. Thanks to its ribbed design, it offers a secure hold and allows for effortless gripping and twisting. This design aims to strengthen the elbows, wrists, forearms and hands while increasing flexibility and mobility. It is also suitable for stretching exercises and fascia massage. The FAIR MOVE Fitness Bar Light (Red) requires 15 kilograms of force to bend into a U-shape. Suitable for beginners or gentler training. Dimensions: 31 cm length, 4.5 cm diameter.

Directions

Hold the fitness bar with both hands and bend or twist it depending on the exercise. Choose the appropriate resistance level according to your training level. For stretching exercises or to massage the plantar fascia, the bar can also be used under the foot.

This product is made from natural rubber latex. People who are allergic to natural rubber should not use this product.
